Belgium Visa Requirements Information

Visa Application Address: Belgium Visa Application Centre, Unit 2, 1st floor, 9 West Ring Road Parklands, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. Please note that opening hours may differ for consular services. Check the consulate website for relevant information.
Belgium Visa Requirements: To apply for a Belgium visa, you’ll need the following documents:
- Filled and signed application form with one photo.
- Original Note Verbale from your Ministry.
- Original official passport (can be retained by the applicant during processing, with a copy added to the file).
- Invitation from Belgium (preferred).
- Holders of official passports posted to diplomatic or consular missions in Belgium are exempt from biometric information requirements for LONG stay visas, along with their family members.
Visa Application Process: All short and long-stay visa applications and appointment requests for residents of Kenya or Somalia must be made through the TLS visa application center in Nairobi.
